Registered Organizations and Departments: Meeting Rooms and Studios require requests be submitted a minimum of 5
business days in advance, all other venues require requests to be submitted a
minimum of 20 business days in advance.

Off Campus
clients: All space requests must be
submitted a minimum of 30 business days in advance.

guarantee space approval.
Facility Impacts:
- John Wooden Center
Seismic/Renovation Project- The building will
not be fully closed during the project.
Instead, the planned improvements will be separated into phases to
minimize disruption, with construction contained in select areas. Our
reservation website is up to date with the impacts on spaces. For more

- Sunset Canyon Recreation
Center Improvement Project – Sunset Canyon Recreation Center
is an active construction site and as such there may be disruptions to
your event along the lines of noise, traffic, dust, etc.
